Eye Examination & Prescriptions

How long is my prescription valid?

Your prescription is valid for 1 year. If the prescription is older than one year, you are welcome to book a new eye examination here.

I had an eye exam in one of your stores, how do I get my prescription?

Under the Patient Safety Act, we are not allowed to send your prescription by email. There are two solutions to this problem:

1. If you are passing by one of our shops, the staff can print the prescription for you.

2. You can contact the shop where you had your eye examination and give your home address. The staff can then print your prescription and mail it to you.

Shipping & Returns

Do I have to pay customs duty if I order from outside the EU?

If you order from outside the EU, Swedish VAT (25%) will be removed at checkout. You will most likely have to pay local VAT and customs duties when you import the product into your country.

We deliver with Postnord (Mypack Collect) and Wolt drive (Stockholm inner city only)

What is your return policy?

If you feel that your glasses/sunglasses do not fit, you have 30 days to return them. Returns within Sweden are free of charge, please use the enclosed return form. Returns outside Sweden are paid by the customer, please send an email to hello@nividas.com and we will help you.

All our products are covered by a 2 year warranty.

How does Wolt Drive work?

Wolt Drive is a shipping service that we offer in the inner city of Stockholm on weekdays between 09-16. 30 minutes after you have placed your order, a courier picks up your package at our warehouse at Drottninggatan and drives directly to you. The shipping service costs 89 SEK and is available for off the shelf products like sunglasses, reading glasses and accessories (not prescription glasses/sunglasses).

Frames & lenses

Do you offer blue light treatment?

We do! In order to add it to your glasses, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the product page of the glasses you want.

2. Click on "Select lenses and purchase"

3. Follow the steps - you will be asked to add the blue light filter.

Are all your sunglasses polarized?

All except those with tinted lenses.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay with the majority of debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. For a number of countries you also have the option to pay via Klarna. If you choose for example "Pay later with klarna" with 30 days payment time, you have 30 days to pay the invoice from the date the order is placed.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We offer volume discounts on prescription glasses and sunglasses as follows:

- Buy 2 pairs of prescription glasses/sunglasses get 15% off the whole purchase.

- Buy 3 pairs of prescription glasses/sunglasses get 20% off the whole purchase.

- Buy 4+ pairs of prescription glasses/sunglasses get 25% off the whole purchase.

Offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
