Shipping policy
Delivery of goods purchased from Nividas.com is made by PostNord AB ("Posten"), unless otherwise stated. In exceptional cases, a delivery may be delayed to the customer, for example due to re-ordering of lenses if they are not 100% correct when they return from our lab. In such cases, Nividas cannot compensate the customer with a price discount, but as a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase without any costs, regardless of whether you have received the delivery or not. Once the ordered goods have left the Nividas warehouse, the customer will be notified by text message or email. If the ordered goods are too bulky to be delivered in the postbox, they will be left outside the door.

*If you order to a country outside the EU, you do not have to pay Swedish VAT. However, please note that local taxes and customs duties may apply.
Returns
If you feel like your glasses aren't 100% perfect, drop us an email at hello@nividas.com and we'll sort it out.
Returns within Sweden are free of charge. Use the enclosed return slip to return your package. Returns outside of Sweden are paid by the buyer, email us at hello@nividas.com and we will help you with the return.
You are entiteled to a 2-year warranty on all our products.
